Using Throwday

Throwday helps you keep disc golf scores, record throws, and share rounds with your buddies. You’re responsible for the scores you enter and for following the rules of your course, league, or event. Throwday isn’t an official ruling authority, and an organizer’s decision takes priority over anything shown in the app.

Your content

Your scores, notes, courses, photos, and videos stay yours. When you share a round, run an event, check in, or submit a course, you allow Throwday to store, process, and show that information as needed for the feature. Only share what you have permission to share, including other players’ names.

Videos

You’re responsible for the videos you record and share. Ask before filming people who aren’t in your group, respect the course’s rules, and don’t record where filming isn’t allowed. Throwday doesn’t upload your videos.

Course submissions

Course details you submit to the course catalog are reviewed before they’re published and may be edited or declined. By submitting, you let Throwday publish the course details for other players.

Play fair

Don’t use Throwday to harass anyone, post unlawful or offensive names, interfere with someone else’s scores or event, or get around how shared rounds and events control who can change them. We may remove content or limit access to shared features to protect players or the service.

Keep a backup

Your rounds live on your phone. Export a backup when you want to protect them, and save the videos you want to keep to Photos. Shared rounds and events are kept by the service only for a limited time, as described in the privacy policy.

Availability and changes

Throwday is provided as it is. We work to keep it reliable, but shared features can be interrupted, changed, or retired, and we can’t promise error-free scoring. Keeping score on your phone doesn’t depend on the service. We may update these terms, and the date at the top will change when we do.
